Studi Bibliometrik Traditional Agri-Food yang Berkelanjutan dan Sirkular

Kajian mengenai traditional agro-food telah banyak dilakukan. Untuk itu diperlukan melihat trend dari topik studi traditional agri-food dan memperdalam pemahaman terutama kaitannya dengan isu keberlanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisa literatur kepustakaan dari topik traditional agri-food berkelanjutan dan circular, 2) untuk memetakan state-of-the-art dari area topik traditional agri-food yang berkelanjutan dan circular, 3) untuk mengidentifikasi research gap dan kebaruan (novelty). Metode riset ini menggunakan metode bibliometrika untuk memperoleh ketelusuran yang baik dalam area topik riset ini. Database diperoleh dari database Scopus. Untuk melihat relevansi dari topik maka literatur ilmiah dipilih dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis). Studi ini dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi VosViewer dan Biblioshinny (dari R Package). Temuan- studi ini berhasil menjaring sebanyak 379 publikasi yang berkaitan dengan topik traditional agrifood yang berkelanjutan dan circular dan selanjutnya perlu dianalisa lebih dalam. Hasil analisa bibliometric dari 379 publikasi menunjukkan bahwa keluaran publikasi untuk topik tersebut mulai marak sekitar tahun 2019 dan puncaknya di tahun 2022. Kecenderungan diskusi terkait traditional agri-food cukup bervariasi dengan tema besar berkaitan dengan sustainability dan circular economy. Adapun tematik lainnya adalah agri-food industry, life cycle assessment, agroecology, organic farming, agrifood supply chain, food quality, food safety. Hasil dari analisa bibliometric memetakan 6 topik cluster yang berkaitan dengan traditional agri-food. Adapun jurnal yang paling banyak menerbitkan artikel dengan topik traditional agrifood yang berkelanjutan dan circular adalah Sustainability (Switzerland). Tren publikasi terkini ke topik circular economy, climate change, agroecology, hingga sustainable production.
