Abstract

Agriculture is the main sector that supports the economy of the community in Wanayasa Village, Banjarnegara Regency. However, the fertilization process, which is still carried out manually, is considered inefficient, requires a lot of physical labor, and risks causing health problems to farmers. This study aims to examine the innovation of portable fertilizer sowers as a solution to improve fertilization efficiency while reducing the physical workload of farmers. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) with the stages of discovery, dream, design, and destiny. The results showed that the use of portable fertilizer sowers was able to speed up the fertilization process, reduce the physical burden, and improve the equitable distribution of fertilizers. The application of the ABCD method allows the utilization of local potential, increases farmer participation, and supports innovation sustainability. In conclusion, portable fertilizer sowers are effectively used to improve efficiency and ergonomics in fertilization activities in Wanayasa Village. This work is
