Abstract

The "Citizen Voice Movement" program is a form of community service (KKN) students in Jebengplampitan Village, Sukoharjo District, Wonosobo Regency, which aims to increase citizen participation and skills in reporting infrastructure and public service problems to the authorities. The main objective of this program is to help residents compile a systematic, clear complaint report according to official procedures, so that aspirations can be conveyed effectively and documented. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory approach, including the stages of observation, interviews, planning, implementation, assistance, and evaluation. The observation results identified the main problems of road damage, lack of street lighting, and clogged drainage, along with reporting obstacles due to low administrative and technological literacy. The program implementation included socialization, report-making training, and assistance in submitting reports through the official platform merdeka.wonosobokab.go.id. The submitted reports received responses from relevant parties, although some are still waiting for follow-up in the field. This program is effective in accelerating the process of aspiration submission, increasing residents' awareness of the importance of official reporting, and establishing a more structured and sustainable village reporting mechanism.
