The concept of zero waste has become an important approach to promote sustainable community-based economic development. This study aims to explore innovations in utilizing various parts of the snake fruit (Salacca zalacca) to enhance the economic value of the Suroyudan Village community. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and participatory community engagement. The findings show that the snake fruit, often generating organic waste from its skin, seeds, and leaves, can be transformed into value-added products such as natural dyes, organic compost, and herbal beverages. These innovations not only reduce agricultural waste but also create new economic opportunities for local residents. The implementation of zero-waste practices has fostered entrepreneurship, increased household income, and strengthened environmental awareness within the community. This study concludes that the application of zero-waste principles in local agricultural resources can serve as a sustainable model for rural economic empowerment.
