Transformasi Karya Sastra Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Era Vuca

Dunia pendidikan mengalami perubahan drastis. Apa penyebab utamanya? Beberapa penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman. Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) menuntut para pendidik untuk melakukan transformasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Sementara itu berbagai peristiwa yang melibatkan peserta didik menunjukkan rendahnya kadar pemahaman mereka terhadap tatanan nilai kehidupan. Kondisi ini semakin memperjelas perlunya penanaman nilai-nilai moral secara lebih massif, terstruktur dan sistematis di lingkungan pendidikan. Kearifan lokal harus menjadi dasar dalam mendesain pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra di era ini. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk pembelajaran, materi, serta teknik pembelajaran yang relevan dengan era VUCA, dengan mempertimbangkan hasil-hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra. Bagaimana konsep Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, dan Ambiguity diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia akan dibahas secara mendalam. Untuk mengupas persoalan ini secara komprehensif digunakan Metode Deskriptif Interpretatif, dan Analisis Deskriptif. Hasilnya akan berupa konsep design pembelajaran Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia berbasis kearifan local.
