GEMAR IKAN is an implementation of fish farming in buckets by combining vegetable crops such as water spinach and similar plants. The objective of this program is to create community innovation to utilize limited land and encourage food self-sufficiency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach through several stages, namely observation, material preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The program was implemented in Sidomulyo Village, Karanganyar District, Kebumen. The results showed an increase in community understanding and skills in fish farming using buckets as a medium. This method is effective because it uses simple equipment, is cost-effective, and utilizes local resources. The program provides tangible benefits, including increased availability of animal protein in households and the potential for economic empowerment of rural communities.
