Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah memberikan perubahan signifikan terhadap pola belajar dan kehidupan sosial anak pada era modern. Penggunaan smartphone, internet, media sosial, serta berbagai platform pembelajaran digital membuka peluang besar dalam mendukung akses pendidikan, komunikasi, dan pengembangan kreativitas anak. Di sisi lain, perkembangan tersebut juga memunculkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kecanduan gadget, gangguan konsentrasi belajar, cyberbullying, paparan konten negatif, berkurangnya interaksi sosial, serta lemahnya kemampuan anak dalam mengontrol penggunaan teknologi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji digital parenting sebagai strategi pendampingan pembelajaran anak di era digital melalui studi literatur dari berbagai penelitian tahun 2021–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digital parenting berperan penting dalam membantu orang tua mengawasi penggunaan teknologi, meningkatkan literasi digital, membangun disiplin penggunaan gadget, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan sehat bagi anak. Strategi digital parenting dilakukan melalui pengawasan penggunaan media digital, komunikasi terbuka, pengaturan screen time, pemberian edukasi etika digital, dukungan emosional, serta keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam kegiatan belajar anak. Pendekatan tersebut terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kemampuan self-regulated learning, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta kualitas hubungan antara orang tua dan anak. Oleh sebab itu, digital parenting perlu diterapkan sebagai bagian penting dalam pola pengasuhan keluarga guna mendukung perkembangan akademik, sosial, emosional, dan moral anak secara optimal di era digital.
